Image by LoveandKnit Hats for the Homeless To give back to the community, the Etsy Labs has teamed up with the Textile Arts Center to collect hats, scarves, and other winter wear to be given out as gifts at St. Francis Xavier's Soup Kitchen through the organization Hats 4 the Homeless. Textile Arts Center will be hosting four workshops to teach beginners the basics of knitting by making a simple scarf or hat to be donated at the end of the workshop. Experienced knitters can also stop by to contribute. To donate a hat or scarf to this cause, you can also drop it off at the Etsy Labs during any Craft Night. Workshop details.
