Let's take a moment to look back upon November's numbers and reflect. Team Spirit Award! This week's spirit award goes to the amazing Createability Team. This group is composed of artists with disabilities, as well as caregivers for disabled people, who use Etsy to connect with others. Their mission is "to take back control of the terms used around our various conditions and bring knowledge and awareness to those around us." Members are very motivated and support one other emotinally and by promoting each others' shops. This team has been around since '08 and continues to be an inspiration to the Etsy Teams program. Keep up with Createability on their blog or browse the photos in their Flickr group.  Throughout November and December we are going to be crowning one team per week with a Team Spirit Award.
