Today's Etsy Finds are inspired by the three central characters in Stephanie Meyer's Twilight series. These passionate figures struggle through an emotionally complex love triangle. The protagonist, Bella Swan, finds herself caught between the adoration of a vampire, Edward Cullen, and a werewolf, Jacob Black. While Bella is sure that Edward is her true love, we cannot deny the power and appeal of Jacob. With two heroes in the Twilight books, fans take sides, divisively holding a torch for their knight in shining armor, or "Team." Since I am a fan of all of the characters, I've decided to profile the styles of all three so that you can decide. Let me know which team you are on!
Edward's personal style is highly refined. He effortlessly blends the past styles of the 20th century (he became a vampire in 1918) with contemporary designer looks. The abode he shares with his vampire family is a bright mid-century modern glass cathedral in the woods where he houses a sleek car collection and practices classical piano. Edward's love for Bella drives him mad, yet it is the only thing he now has to live for.

When Bella first meets Jacob Black, she thinks of him as a sweet kid who likes to work on cars, and nothing more. However, as a member of the Quileute tribe, Jacob's loyalties lie with shapeshifting werewolves, whose mortal enemies are all vampires. Bella soon learns that Jacob is a powerful creature whose feelings for her may be as intense as Edward's. Jacob is a true local who sports a tribal tattoo of the Quileute and a black ponytail (which he later he cuts off). He prefers rugged looks like denim and t-shirts suited for working on old trucks and motorcycles.
