One of my favorite childhood stories was based on Aesop's fable, The City Mouse and the Country Mouse. I always had a hard time deciding if I wanted to live in the fast-paced city or a laid-back little country town when I grew up. While the city's culture and endless entertainment is hard to resist, I can also see myself crocheting in a rocking chair after a long day of tending to my country garden.
