	Behind the scenes, Etsy is growing at an impressive rate. We now have 125 employees (when I started we had 12!). Even though the number of Etsy sellers has flourished, I love to still chat with you through Convos, the Forums and live workshops in the Virtual Labs. I want to encourage you to reach out, even though we're growing, we're still here to help and listen.
