| | June 28, 2010 My mother, who is a wonderful person in so many ways, is not a great cook. Now, I'm not complaining, since she did cook dinner for my family every night for most of my life. It's just that our vegetable was typically ketchup, and I was about 22 before I realized that baking wasn't the preferred method of cooking steak. What's all this have to do with today's Etsy Finds? Well, one of Mom's go-to meals was what she called a "mishmash." This is where any leftovers and random foodstuffs would be thrown together — sometimes it worked, sometimes not so much. For today's collection, I made a mishmash by using a bunch of different methods to find items: Favorites, Connections, Shop Local, most shared, and Treasury. It's a bit of a random mix, but I think Mom would approve.
