Hi Bestie,
Ever been halfway through a beautiful embroidery design when your thread starts fraying, shredding, or snapping?
It's frustrating, especially when you've already checked your tension and rethreaded your machine.
But here's something many embroiderers overlook: the size of the needle's eye.
A tiny eye can cause big problems.
Every time your machine stitches, the thread travels back and forth through the needle's eye.
If that eye is too small for your thread, the repeated friction can wear down the fibers until they fray or break.
And the faster you stitch, the more noticeable the problem can become.
