This week Etsy announced a mission to outer space. To honor the close of the Space Shuttle Program, Etsy is partnering with NASA and hosting an exciting contest. We're calling for artists inspired by NASA, its programs and the wonders of space exploration to submit their work and enter for a chance to attend an actual space shuttle launch, among other great prizes. It's out of this world!

This week's teams office hours will be taking place at 5 p.m. ET tomorrow evening. Come to the Virtual Labs and click on "Classroom" to join.

Coming Together for a Good Cause

Team Bluegrass, which is made up of Kentucky artisans from all over the state, has come together to support a team member recently diagnosed with breast cancer. They are each donating handmade fabric flowers, all in various shades of pink, to a wreath which will be given to the team member at the end of this month to show her team's love and support.

Blurb Books Comes to New York

Blurb is an amazing company that enables you to make your own gorgeous photo books. Based in San Francisco, the Blurb team is setting up a pop-up shop in SoHo for ten days this month. There will be a bunch of fun events, including a Craft Night hosted by members of the NewNew Etsy Team
