Fall is here and there's a chill in the air to prove it. In honor of everyone heading back to school, here's my team tip of the week: work it. It's time to make some headway on that project you've been musing about all summer. If you are the leader of a team, delegate specific tasks to your members. Members, share your talents with your leader and contribute what you can to make your team bigger, better and more successful.

Curious about last month's stats? Check out our end-of-summer numbers in August's Weather Report.

The next edition of the Teams Office Hours in the Virtual Labs will be held at 5 p.m. ET on Tuesday, September 21. Just come to the Virtual Labs and click on Classroom to join the fun.
DUST Team Gets Dressed
Dust Team
The Down Under Street Team (D.U.S.T.) came up with a really creative way to use the Treasury tool — wardrobe bonding. Team members created personalized treasuries showcasing exactly what they like to wear. What a fun way to get to know your teammates! Take a look here.
Studio Tour With the Artisans Gallery
AG Team
Jen from the Artisans Gallery Team wrote a great piece on our blog which showcased a bunch of different team members crafting in their studios and told some of the stories behind the artisanal work we see on Etsy.
Accepting Applications
Teams
WIth the holidays on the horizon, there are a ton of awesome shows still accepting applications. To name a few, there's the third annual Festivalet craft fair in Barcelona and the Holiday Bazaar in Indiana. Spread the word!
