As the weather cools down, things are heating up with the holidays just around the corner. Time is flying and I still don't know what to be for halloween!

Queer Street Team Makes a Difference
The Queer Etsy Street Team is a mutually supportive community of artists and crafters inclusive of all Etsy sellers identifying as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersexed, and questioning. Team members have been raising money for The Trevor Project (the only national 24-hour teen suicide prevention hotline) via their collective shop. Through the end of this year, 100% of proceeds made will be donated to this one-of-a-kind organization.

Now in its 7th year, Crafty Bastards Arts & Crafts Fair is an exhibition and sale of handmade alternative arts and crafts from independent artists Saturday, October 2 in Washington, D.C. that's sponsored by Etsy.
