Etsy News: Etsy CEO Maria Thomas Wants to Hear from You

April 30, 2009 Hi everybody, I am excited to let you know that we're going to try a new format for our "Talking Shop" blog posts. The Talking Shop series was originally conceived as periodic posts from Etsy's leaders, including Chad Dickerson, Matt Stinchcomb, Sara Hicks and me. We've been discussing whether there might be a more personal and effective way to communicate with all of you more frequently and in a way that can reach more people. At times, we've found that the written word in a one-to-many format doesn't fully satisfy your needs or our goals. So, we're going to try a group audio podcast, and we want you, the Etsy community, to send us questions, comments, suggestions, etc. You can do so by commenting on this blog post prior to May 15, 2009. We will read each of your comments, group them into similarly themed posts, and select highlights from them to address in the podcast. Please see the blog post here to read more and get involved.
